You select the vendors that meet your standards for quality and services you require. With American Int'l Business Group monitoring all shipping requirements, dates and deliveries, you will be informed of any discrepancies that happened as they happen, NOT when they reach your door. We will use whatever payment terms you have already established with your vendors. In principle we do not advance payments to factories, HOWEVER, with American Int'l Business Group you have the convenience of paying by check even if your vendor requires a Letter of Credit. This service is offered as an option to customers with credit approval for an additional fee. Top Q: What is the policy regarding cancellation and warranty? A: Cancellation : ALL PRODUCTION IS MADE TO ORDER. NO cancellation is allowed. Cancellation penalty is 100% of the amount shown on the Proforma Invoice or Sales Confirmation signed by the customer. You will have counter sample to approve before you place the order so you know what to expect. Warranty : American Int'l Business Group will warrant shipment matches the quality of the approval sample and will replace defective units by ocean freight or give credit for the value of the defective goods per AmeriIBG's invoice unit price as the maximum compensation. Any claim for quality or quantity discrepancy must be sent to American Int'l Business Group in writing within 7 days after delivery and all defective units must be set aside for physical inspection or return. Return freight will be paid by American Int'l Business Group after an RGA is given. No claim shall be processed without physical samples. Since all orders are made to order per customer's specifications and/or instructions, American Int'l Business Group does not warrant the design matches the intended use. It is customer's sole responsibility to approve the sample provided by AmeriIBG to make sure it meets the requirements of the intended use. Customer may choose to send representatives to inspect the shipment at factory's location at the time of shipping and such inspection shall relieve American Int'l Business Group of the warranty above.
